RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Konad Australia, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

This policy operates in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees certain remedies for faulty or misrepresented products.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or store credit if you:

  • Change your mind

  • Select the wrong product

  • No longer want the item

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Has a manufacturing fault

  • Is damaged upon arrival

  • Is not as described

  • Is different from what you ordered

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit

Return shipping costs will be covered by us for approved faulty or incorrect items.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Email returns@konadaustralia.com

  2. Include your order number and details of the issue

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Once approved:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days

  • Products must include original packaging and contents

ASSESSMENT & RESOLUTION 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Confirm the issue

  • Process your replacement, refund, or store credit

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We may request photo evidence before approving a return

  • Items sent back without approval may not be accepted

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling
